You problem is more than likely in the fusing assembly in the rear of the machine. The Brother HL5250 is famous for having bad fusers. Open the back door and closely examine the lower fusing roller (orange roller). You will more than likely see that it is crinkling badly or the clear outer cover is delaminating on the roller. Sometimes you'll need a flashlight to see the delaminating but it will look like the clear outer sleeve has a bunch of clear oil under it causing it to ballon out in spots when rolling. Only solution is a new fuser. Sorry for the bad news but better than not knowing.

I changed my HL-5250DN from local USB to Ethernet on my DI-604 router. I cannot print from Wordperfect X4, SP2. I receive this msg. "The document page is set to a paper size (letter) that is not supported by thid printer driver. Do you want to match to the closest printer defined paper size (Organizer M)?" I have reloaded Word perfect and the drivers from the Printer CD. Each made no change. I can print from any text editor and from MS Word 2003. Can you help me please? Thank you Jamie Jamieson 1woodshaper2@gmail.com
