Got a HP DV2000 boot then freezes

Got a HP DV2000 when I boot everything looks normal, then it gets to a standard HP screen and freezes ( can not even power off ) I tried reinstalling windows just to get the blue screen with a stop error......I tried booting in safe mode and get as far as a black screen with the words safe mode in 4 corners

Hi,
It seems that the problem is with the display chipset ( assuming its with Nvidia chipset model).
If you are not a technical person, take out the mother board and do a reflow of the chipset with a blower or else take it to a qualified service person or authorised service center.
