This washing machine does not have a belt, but you're probably close. If you can hear the motor running with spin selected, but the basket is not turning, there is a good chance the motor coupler is broken. There's an outside chance the gearcase is stuck in neutral drain, but unlikely. To access, flip the control panel back on it's hinges, unhook the lid switch wire harness, (the one going into the top of the cabinet). Next, pop out the two gold metal clips with a flat-blade driver, then tip the cabinet towards yourself slightly and pull it off the base, you should now have access to everything. Remove pump retainer clips, motor retainer clips, (careful to support the motor as it comes loose) and remove motor, the coupler, (a three piece assembly) is installed on the motor and transmission shafts, with the rubber coupler between. Replace if needed, and reverse process. Hopefully that's it!

I have a kenmore washing machine. I started the load and after some time, there was waster in the laundry and also water coming out from the water outlet that drains outside the house. Any idea, where is the problem?

kenmore model 1102832100 seems to skip the spin cycle every now and then, getting more frequent. My son has same washer and is having the same problem just like "westcrickett" on Nov 8,2009. Is there any recall?
