The @ symbol is usually on the #2 key and reequired the **** key be depresssed. If you get something else, you may have the machine set to Internation Keyboard Mode. Check the settings. Also, you might check the printwheel itself to make sure that it is not and International typestyle. Look for the typestyle name on the printwheel for ENG (for english)
