The paper gets to the "u-turn" and stops. If you open up the left door, the top of the paper is sticking up about an inch as it comes through the feed rollers. I push down the green paper release levers, remove the paper, push the levers back up, open the right hand door, remove the cartridge to make sure there doesn't seem to be any more paper stuck in the machine, shut the cartridge door. Starts to print again and paper gets stopped in the same position. This is happening over and over.
