It may be worth changing them again, you can on the odd occasion get a couple of duffers.
i would start afresh & do a head clean then a print test with a brand new set in.
If you get a perfect set of squares as the screen shows then its done if not repeat the head cleaning process untill you do, once you got those squares right your done.

you either have a partialy blocked printhead then or a virtualy fully blocked printhead, they can rarely be brought back to life.
the only chance you have is to see if there is a brother cartridge available with cartridge flush in it to clean the printers heads.
One last thing you could try, its an outside shot, uninstall the drivers for the printer, then reboot the pc & make sure they have gone, if they have then reinstall new drivers, i have known it before for the drivers to have gone crackers.

fax is saying that there is a paper jam when there is not one . I am unable to clear it out. I have unplugged it and tried to clear it out and it still isn't working. It jams frequently!
