Hi. yesterday, I noticed my palm was off, I tried to turn it on and nothing. I put the charger cable into the phone and still nothing. Any ideas on what could have happend???
-   Try removing and replacing the battery and pushing the reset button gently with a dull item like a ball point pen, It is a micro switch and takes very little pressure. Battery Plus let me try a new battery so now must get a new phone with a more protective case.

It may be past the point of turning on. If this is the case, if you connect it through the USB cable to your computer for a little while, it can get a small charge.
Trickle charging
Some Palm
devices have the ability to "trickle charge" from a USB port on a PC or
Mac. This means that it receives a very small amount of charging from
the USB port, even if it is not connected to its AC charger. If your
device is capable of this function, the charging time will be
significantly longer for a trickle charge (depending on the power
rating of the PC USB port). However, the device may not charge at all
on an unpowered USB hub (or for example off off a keyboard).
If you can then power it on afterwards, connect it to the regular power charger.

Resetting phone to original settings. When it gets to set 2 of 4 it says, "Press the letter "Z" below to set up your keyboard, and has an hour pointing down. However, press Z or other keys does not seem to work. How can I get passed this step?
