If your phones LCD is not broken then you should refresh your phones software that is deleted.Take your phone to cell phone repairer for soft reset. If you have got data cable and PC suite installed on your PC then update your software.

Hi, this is a common problem with Sony Ericsson phones, there can be two problems:

1. The LCD screen needs to be replaced
2. The LCD screen ribbon has become loose

Either way just take it in your local phone shop and get it repaired.
