Picture bows at the top and bottom

About 20 mintues after i put on the television the Picture starts to bow at the top and bottom

Your symptom sounds like intermittent connections on the convergence IC's. Since the set is OK when you turn it on, then it goes out of convergence, it sounds to me like a ring crack in the solder connections of the IC's. I have repaired hundreds of these types of symptoms. It has to do with the heat that the IC's are generating.
I would recommend that this gets fixed before the IC's go out all together.
You should be able to find the IC's as they are secured to a large aluminum heat sink and they are rather large black IC's, about 1 1/2" tall and 2 1/2" wide and about 3/8' thick.
If you want to repair this yourself and you have a good 45 Watt soldering iron, this is not too hard to repair.
You could get a technician to come to your house, but the repair will cost between $250.00 and $300.00, but you came to FixYa for answers, you may want to do this yourself and save some money.
