tO KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS YOU HAVE TO DO THE SELF-CHECK that this model has.


After you turn it on and the power light goes off:

On the front of the TV press and hold both Menu and Input (or device) TOGETHER FOR AT LEAST 5 SECONDS AND THEN RELEASE BOTH BUTTONS.

Power light will blink an error code---for example: 2 blinks, a pause and 2 blinks.

Let me know what error code you find and I will tell you what it means. 2,2 is most common and the least expensive to fix.
