Our Whirlpool Duet GHW9200LQ washer will not always start a cycle when you press the START button, although it does not give any error code. What's wrong?

I also have this problem. I removed the control panel, removed the green start button, put the control back together and pushed the red button on the panel and the washer works again. I just have to replace the start button.

I have a bosch washer model wfk2401. i cannot get

door lock mechanism must have jammed in open position. unless the door gets locked, the wash cycle would not start. check the electrical connection in the door lock and physically verify the lock operates when commanded

My washer is out of balance when spinning.

Your problem is probably much more than the washer being out of balance. The front load washers have shock absorbers that hold them from moving all over the place. These have a habit of breaking. Then the drum hammers and sounds like things are flying apart. Pull the bottom front off and check the shocks. Typically the rings where the pins go throuhg are where they will break. Sometimes at first they look okay and you have to grab them and move them to see that they are broken.

I hope that this will help you to solve your problem!

Thanks for using Fixya!!

How to replace the door bellows seal ?

The following link explains how to replace a door bellow:

Another method involves removing the washer top panel and working down through the top of the washer. The method I have described, offers the best open access, however. If you have questions along the way, please let me know. I hope you find this informaiton helpful.

My husband is trying to fix the washing machine, and we have DL F code, i know is something to do the the door, but he checked the door and I think that is not the problem!!!!We have a Whirlpool GHW9200lQ...

Mine did the same thing. The plastic part that locks the door is bad. My brother repaired mine instead of calling someone the part was 54.00, and it took him 15 minutes to fix. You could be looking at more than that if you call someone out. The front comes off easy.

Washer flashing dl on the screen

"dL" indicates Door Lock Failure: dL flashes if the following conditions occur:
Door lid is not closed completely due to interference.
Wash media buildup is preventing the lock bolt from extending.
Machine/motor control detects open door lid switch when attempting to lock.
Machine/motor control cannot determine if door lock is in a locked state.
Check for lock interference with lid or lock bezel

I have a Duet Washing Machine GHW9200LQ. not draining water showing door lock

First if you have a wet vac pull the drain hose out of the drain spout and use the vac to pull the water out of the washer through the drain hose.If not you will need a pair of radiator hose clamps from the auto parts store. Pull the screws from the lower panel at the front of the washer and remove side you will see a rubber hose coming down from the tub to the drain pump. Put the radiator hose clamp there if you didn't have a shop vac.On the front of the pump is a round part with a handle turn that and remove the pump filter .Clean any foreign objects out of the pump and look inside the pump to make sure no impeller blades are broken if any are you will have to replace the pump. put the filter back in and tighten it. If you had to use the hose clamp remove it now.reassemble and don't forget to give the tech his four boxes if this fixes it
