My washer is not performing the spin cycle, because my cloths are sopping wet when I pull them out. Any idea what the problem may be?

Remove the two screws at the very bottom of the lower panel allowing you to remove that panel. Remove the pump and check for obstructions in the pump and the rubber pump inlet boot which would prevent pump out. Have some towels ready to catch water. (no pump out = no spin either)
