Question about Philips MC-70 CD Shelf System
The 3 CD shelf changer on our unit has developed a mind of its own and opens, shuts and shuffles at ramdom. It somentimes settles down for a short time if unplugged. I have read that this is a common fault to do with a software bug. Do you know if this is true and what the fix/cost is please?

You were close, but didn't explain it very well. If you push on the 'DISPLAY' button (left side of machine as you are facing it, about half way down) when the unit is off, it will say something like "DEALER MODE", push it again to return it to regular mode. You may have to press and hold the button to get it to display 'DEALER MODE', then when everything is normal, "DEALER MODE" just goes off and isn't replaced by anything. Hope I explained it well. email@example.com
