Are you falling in spin cycle with any error codes to the LED console display such as dc and or UC which are unbalance error codes usually related to a clutch malfunction? The error codes could also be caused by Tub Displacement Sensor failure/issue.Do you take a fail code of ND which is no drain?Try this TDS check thru the lid as a first step…. Good practice to get into to Service Mode.I'm suspect of a clutch malfunction but need more info related to error codes. Tub Displacement Sensor Diagnostics check. It is possible the Tub Displacement Sensor may have failed try this check which is in the Troubleshooting guide stored in your washer console or refer to the SM.
a. Enter the Service Mode by pressing and holding the Enviro Plus and Spin Only keys for three seconds or the display reads “00”
b. Press the Super Wash key display reads “in”…something like that.
c. Press Delicates the Display will show “UC” (Unbalance Closed).
d. Push tub to the back right corner of the machine the display should change to “UO” (Unbalance open). Release tub and the display will show “UC” (Unbalance Closed).
e. Press Hand Wash.
f. Pull tub to the front left corner while pushing the tub down the display should change to “UO” (Unbalance open). Release tub and the display will show “UC” (Unbalance Closed).
If you get these results your TDS sensor should be just fine. You can pump out the excess Tub water with this process from the Service Manual; I would go to page 16 of the SM lower right hand part of page, Board Output Test and turn on the drain pump in service mode to pump out the tub.
From the SM; Enter Service Mode by pressing and holding the Enviro Plus and Spin Only keys for three seconds or the display reads “00” Pressing the Delicates key will lock the lid. Now press the Presoak keythe drain pump will turn on. Turn off the drain pump with twith the off button or hit the Presoak key.
If the issue points to a Clutch malfunction see this post for clutch maintenance/replacement process. Post back with an update to the error code question and if you want to put on your DIY hat. Good Luck Rich aka dh1200s
I had a similar problem. Mine turned out to be a bunch of the kid's toy currency stuck in the water pump. Download the manual online, someone posted it as a PDF. I don't remember the link, but you should be able to find it.
With the manual, you should be able to open up the washer. I don't have time at the moment to write too many details, but you lift the top of the machine up, there are some magnetic pull-tabs that hold the entire top on the machine. Once that is out of the way, there are two screws that hold the very FRONT of the machine on. Once those are removed, the entire internals of the machine are exposed. The water pump is to the lower right in the back of the machine. If you crawl through the front, you should be able to pull the two hoses off the water pump. If coins or debris are plugging up the water pump, you should be able to clear them out this way.
There may also be some debris in the drainage hose, and you'll have to check that as well. Good luck.

My Neptune TL is not completely draining. I've got the tub out but am having trouble getting the big bolt off the bottom to open up the tub. I've checked the pump and lines and they are clear. I can still here water in the tub so I would like to take it apart to inspect
