I HAVE AN IDECT X1 PHONE THE BASE RINGS BUT I CANT GET THE PHONE TO RING THERE IS NO DIAL TONE AND A SMALL ICON IS FLASHING IN TOP LEFT CORNER OF SCREEN ITS ALMOST LIKE THERE IS NO SIGNAL ??? THERE WAS NO MANUAL WHEN I BOUGHT THE PHONE
