Question about Computers & Internet
I have recently purchaced an iomega 640GB ex hard drive for my Sony Vaio VGX entertainment pc. I have loaded the disc and when i first used it it appeared ok, then after i shut the pc down and turned the hard drive off then restarted it all the following day it no longer recognises the drive and the hard drive is making a constant ticking noise. Whasssup?
On your computer, under device manager, uninstall all USB devices, upon completion right click the top of the tree, click scan for new devices. this will reinstall the usb devices. then plug in your ext hard drive

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
