I couldn't reset my router password, in the directions you gave me I have to entered a challenge number but I don't have any. The page give an add to get in and get it, but when I tried to do it it doesn't work. Now I don't know how to get this number.

It will be better if you reset the router completely to its default settings and just reconfigure it back, to reset it just press and hold the reset button of the router for 10 seconds while power is ON......then reconfigure it after that.....
