Our uni-aire reverse cycle air conditioner (model HAN-L6) is not as cold and the fan speed is not as high as it used to be. The unit is 2 years old. The internal air filter is clean. Could it need re gassing?

The fan speed could have a lot to do with the problem you are having. If the speed isn't right the a/c could ice up or not supply the proper air temp. 2 things could be happening here 1st the capacitor for the fan could be going out causing the fan not to rotate as needed This would need to have the capacitor replaced. 2nd. the fan motor itself could be going out on the speed needed for the a/c. Both problems require a tech to check them out. Good luck and hope this helped you some
