I am having trouble downloading Driver Genius 9 which I received in the post today. The disc does not open automatically but I can open it via MY COMPUTER. Where it identifies the destinantion it is listed as C: Program Files|Driver-SoftDriver Genius|Set Key.exe. When I continue I receive a message which says the file already exists, how I don't know, would I like to replace it. I say Yes then another message comes up saying ''An error occured while trying to rename a file in the destination directory. Move File failed; code 5. Access denied ''. I have tried a number of times , and I don't want to ignore the message and over-ride it. Where do I go from here. Regards Barry Ross-bain

I had the same problem and went to www.maxdowloads.com/driver-genius-9.com and downloaded that software again. It's the only site that gives you the solution. Your welcome ;) ps: ask me when it isn't still clean
