Please try to start the Windows in safe mode. Press F8 while booting the computer and When you get the Windows Advance boot menu, select the Safe mode option. Log in to Administrator account.
Click Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Toool > System restore.
Select a restore point when the system was working fine.
let the computer reboot in normal mode.
