I have LG VU C920, it was dropped into a glass of water, once it is dry and it is damaged, is there any way the pictures be recovered?

You mean to say that you did not dry it up with the hair dryer? Try it now. If the phone is dead, then take out the memory card and insert it in the jacket and into the PC's card reader. It will appear on My Computer as an additional drive. Use it as a normal drive for down or up loading files.

if you have created a album online you can go there to retrieve your pictures if not ,.. if u have a sim card you can take the card to ur retailer . they can retrieve the pictures for u.{ note,.. only if it was saveed to the sim.
