yeah, you have the yellow light of death, its an easy fix, check out some vids on youtube, i've repaired 2 of them so far, just make sure to use the flux and the heat sink, and you will be good to go.

Its called the Yellow Light of Death. It can be repaired but what you need is an Infra Red BGA reflow of the solder on the PS3 graphics chip.
