The HP Partner Portal has always been protected against unauthorized access. Perhaps your browser was set to auto-fill forms, such as usernames and passwords.
Solution: Click on the "Sign-In problems" link on the site. It will step you through the logon procedure.

Hi,
The HP site is restricted to HP and it's partners and is not for public viewing anymore. This is why you have to be a HP or HP partner employee to create an account.
You are going to able to log in to the site unless you have a valid username and password.
