it keeps saying 'remove jammed paper' every time we try to copy. What's wrong?

Look under all covers you can lift, front and back of printer. Somewhere there must be a 'jam' (maybe a label stuck somewhere) you haven't found yet. Does it not complain when you print? Only for copying?
