Question about Washing Machines
How do we get our GE Profile Deluxe washer to drain the water? The drain hose is kinked, while the washer is full of water. What should we do? Help!!
Your post says "drain hose is kinked". I assume you meant NOT kinked. You didn't leave a model # so it's difficult to advise. If it's a top loader set it to spin and listen for the drain pump sound. If you hear just a dull hum it's probably stuck with something in it.
Use a shop vac to get the water out. Pull the front off and remove the hoses from the pump. Look into the inlet and you'll see the object.
