Turn off the gas supply. Remove the oven racks and the oven base cover to access the glowbar ignitor.
Place a clamp on amp meter around one wire of the glowbar ignitor. Turn the oven on. If the ignitor does not glow at all. Replace it.
If the ignitor does glow and reads less than 3 amps on the meter,replace it.
