My boat has an impulse QT204 digital guage and the screen has black marks which makes reading the numbers difficult. Is it possible to get a replacement or is there somewhere that I can get it repaired.

I have a onn 15 inch television, It's serial number is OLCD1504; it has stopped working, the power LED is not on when the power source is apllied, i have taken the back off the television and i can't see emidiate problems.I was woundering what the normal problems are that occure in the TV so that i can check them? I have also seen that there is a electronic piece numbered, L7809CVCCD7L Vb MAR 733 , that is not fixed to the mother board and looks like there should be a screw through it that is missing, could this be the problem?
