Problem for Sony DVP-CX860 Multi-disc DVD Player
Sony DVP-CX860 can't read discs.
Sony DVP-CX860 can't read discs.
It loads a disc, can't read it, then it flips to read the other side. Of course, that doesn't work, so it moves to the next DVD. The cycle begins again.
I took the top off and blew out around the head. Tried to use a head cleaner but since it can't read the discs that doesn't help.
It was in a cabinet, so could it have overheated? Maybe a spike or static?
