my hp pavilion computer doesnt want to turn on. I try to run system restore and it just freezes up after running a few minutes, dont have a back up disk to fiw. What do i do?

You might just have a virus. If you can access the internet, you should download Malewarebytes anti maleware, spyware, virus and adware removal tool. You can find it @ Malewarebytes.org. If you can't access the net, I would download it on another person's PC and burn the program to disc or flash(thumb) drive and run it on your PC. Very good tool, and it's free! I've used it on many PC repairs including my own PC. Hope this helps!
