I have oki microline 320 elite and printer head jams

i have oki microline 320 elite and on some documents it prints the first two lines then stops and alarm light appears any help would be appreciated

In my own experience, Okidata printers have a nasty habit of collecting a lot of paper dust. To start out, I would suggest a really good cleaning, with no paper in the machine, with a can of compressed air. If that does not solve your problem, you might have to replace your feed wheel assembly. Hope this helps!
