if its under warranty...check microsofts site about repairs....if no warranty...there are tutorials on how to 'fix' it. some want money...others are just pdf guides...they all work...here is a link....

how many lights? 3 means rrod and will need the xclamp fix or sent back to MS if in warrenty
2 means overheated and should be left to cool down, make sure all vents are well open
4 means it has a video problem (meaning that your video cable is not plugged in correct or not at all, or even may be broke)
