BUETOOTH AND GAMES PROBLEM

i have an samsung s3310 mobile bought in the very first week of its release... it has some defects in the bluetooth file transfer and the games downloading section.. 1)while transfering files via bluetooth it saves in the phone memory and i hav to cahnge it to memory card..
2)download of games can only be done through the WAP and that to saves in phone memory only.. that should be done to the memory card..

plz suggest me a solution for the above 2 problems.. it has been a major problem becoz of the very low phone memory.
