The ideal format for mobile phone is 3GP or MP4 , avi video is not support by most phones, you need to convert your file into 3GP or MP4 with a program, then you can watch it.
you'll most likeley find a good coverter on google ( .avi to 3GP or MP4 coverter)

samsung corby cant play flv formate of youtube videos it can only play mp4 or 3gp formate ........convert flv formate videos files of youtube to mp4 or 3gp...........use any 3rd party softwares like total video converter,formate factory etc.................rate me if its helps u
convert to AVC H.246 MP4 then goto Setting->video option in that set Frame rate to 15 and Bit rate to 400 or 500....then convert......its play in full screen in corby plus ....... I use that....and its work........

It plays only mp4 and 3gp file... So, if you wanna play these song videos on ur Sony Ericsson F305 , you have to convert them to mp4 or 3gp format. You could try Daniusoft video converter, it already optimize the output setting for mobile phone fornat, and im using it now, very easy to use...
