Sega rally arcade game monitor , thin fuzzy horizontal lines

I have a sega rally arcade game and the monitor is showing thin fuzzy lines horizontally from top to bottom. it worked fine till I moved it then it worked for 1/2 a day and developed this problem. Hope someone can help. cheers Dave
