Problem for Fujitsu 24R1 Air Conditioner

Wall air conditioner (not split) blowing air but not cooling.

My reversecycle wall air conditioner (not split) is blowing air but the air is neither cold or warm. We have cleaned out the filter. I have called air conditioner repairers but they said its not worth their time to fix it. We have bought a new split and are waiting for the installation on the 21 nov.
