im instaling windows xp in Acer Aspire but it cant' detect the HDD, but i can detect in Bios.

then i try to use Vista 32bit, and get an " windows installation encountered an unexpected error. verify that the installation sources are accessible and restart.....error code: 0xE0000100

latest laptops do not have compatability
with xp. if you want to install xp you will have to use third party software for accessing hdd & installing XP
