Question about Dell Latitude D620 Notebook
CyberLink dvd after changing the region setting will no longer allow me to change the setting which now is fixed on region 1.
If using XP, try to do a system restore to the day before Cyberlink was installed. If that doesn''t work or if there are no restore points that list when it was installed, you may have to uninstall CyberLink under Add/Remove Programs, Restart Windows, then if comfortable with, go int o registry and remove(delete) all traces of Cyberlink.
Note: Use extreme cauttion when deleting Registry entries. You may want to resort to a Computer professional for this. Reinstall, if the system restore idea works.
