My older model Kenmore Heavy Duty washer has 2 drain spouts at the back 1 marked Drain the other marked Suds. Do I need to have drain hoses for both because our house only has 1 drain for the washer hose.

- Hey robandvan, thanks for replying but I don't have a manual as I got it second hand. As far as the stand drain it only has enough room for one drain hose hence my problem. I was told today that I could go under the washer and disconnect one of the two. Would you know if that's possible?. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check your user manual , but most drain stand pipes will take two hoses .

- Hi Bowhunter777 , Kenmore are not what we would call a mainstream product in this country ,and there is little available info. on them as you have probably noticed , however there are many kits available from D.I.Y. stores and Plumbers merchants to give you a double connection on your standpipe ., suggest you look into this.
