Highest Priority Problem: HDD moved from

Highest Priority Problem: HDD moved from old machine works but is physically damaged . Trying to clone/ recover using DataLifeguard and Acronis. Been trying for days and always fails although the damaged drive will still start windows. The bios is showing my SCSI as primary and HDD or DVD as secondary depending on jumper config but it will still boot to drive not showing in bios. I finally got it to boot with DVD removed and old/new HDD on IDE cable (showing SCSI (with no MBR) as master and slave) and I'm attempting a clone using Acronis right now but when I left the server room a few hours ago it was moving very slow. Also, I have always had the following boot messages: "No SCSI Device" and "No SCSI BIOS found!" Although array is there when Server 2003 starts. I can never seem to get any update from IBM to work. Both machines ran Lenox before I bought them. I'm looking for someone to walk me through a complete setup.
