Hi,

Check the printer to see if there are any prints on the queue if there are then delete them. Restart your computer and your printer as well. This shold solve your problem

Check the small printer rollers where the paper goes in (feed rollers). All rollers should be rolling whenever you turn on the printer. The reason why you're having this issue is if one of the feed rollers has a problem, especially if the roller that has a problem is at the left or right side.
