I have a Gemini PT 2410 turntable. Whenever connected to Mixer only Mono sound comes out. Not the Mixer since my technic plays fine. Tried changing cords... no avail

There is a rubber piece that needs to be replaced on the turntable. How can I order replacement parts and I'd also be interested in a owners manual.

Hi I have a Sony HMK V102 stereo receiver with a servo controlled turntable. It's quite old and we have never used the turntable for years. Tried it today and the table wouldn't run at first and I thought it was gummed up with dust so I gave it a spin by hand and it did start to move. However the sound is slow and distorted. Can it be sorted? Thanks C

Hi everyone, I have a record-player with a ground (earth) wire. Playing records through the old amp we have gives stereo sound but the non-earthed hum; all normal so far. However, when I attach the earth/ground wire to the marked connector on the amp (it's that old) the hum disappears (great!) but the right channel does too. You can hear it's still there as if you turn the volume for the right channel all the way up you can hear it but that's no good. So my question is, what am I doing wrong? I've set this up before and it's been fine so what's wrong now? I live in the UK and understand it's to do with balancing current so could it be to do with the relatively new wiring work done on the house no longer being LP-friendly? Many thanks and Happy Christmas everyone!
