I could tear down and

I could tear down and rebuild a normal pc with my hands tied together with an IDE cable but when it comes to this IBM server architecture, the more I read- the more lost I get. I have a rack and a tower chassis that I recently purchased and I would like to make them error-free and optimize them for the the applications I intend to use them for. The rack-mount runs like a top and acts as my primary DC but there is nothing standing between it and a complete crash. The tower (X series 232) is having a hard time seeing hard drives and I'm getting errors like "No SCSI Device" and "No SCSI BIOS found!" Although it is there when Server 2003 starts. I'm looking for someone to walk me through a complete setup.
