message: internal error occured pops up. help!
i am trying to open up a form with the adobe reader 9.
not sure what or why i get this error message.
not able to download 9 or 8 version either to start over.

You will have to uninstall everything that is made by adobe. Adobe flash player, adobe active x. After unstalling that, that should let you put the adobe reader back. Then download the other program I mention earlier.
