Try re-formatting the card in the camera. Turn the power on. Wait for the green light. Go to menu/set-up/format and say "yes" to format option. That's the usual fix.

Keeps saying card not initialized why ?

It just means that you need to format a new card in the camera before it will work properly. Go into the menu and find "format"...follow the on-screen instructions.

Card not Initialized

Can you get into your camera's menus? If you can, there should be an Option under your Setup menu to Reformat card that might fix the problem. This happens sometimes with the memory cards, they just need to be reset. Unfortunately you can lose your photos sometimes when it happens, so if it's happening a lot you should buy a new memory card.
