No manuel

Hi
I have a nexxtech digital watch, that i bought 2 years ago, but have never used it. have no manuel and have no clue as to how to set the time and take off the alarm, keeps ringing every hour. i<m looking for a manuel but don<t seem to see any oln line. it has the days display on the left side, a chrono on the right side, the time on the bottom electronic, and also hands that i can adjust manually. does anyone have any clue.
