after furance shuts off top door is very hot for 20 min.
colman recall on heat exchange after this was done
furnance where starts up mskes a strange sound
i have call three times service guy told me this normal

If any part of your furnace is too hot to hold a hand on after 10 minutes and the blower had been running, call another technician. One that wants to help you.
