are you using wireless connection or directly plugged in with the cable?

Hi, We need more information from you before we can help. Please explain whether its a wireless problem or wired. Please include as much information as you can like what are you doing to connect to the internet for example.

Hi,
For your to connect to the internet, please make sure that you on't have fire walls turned on via your antivirus on pc. Antivirus like Nod 32 would block incoming internet connections and you'll have to switch off the fire walls.
Also confirm your modem is working correctly. Check your connection port and make sure the lights are blinking.
This would do the trick.
