Washing machine Liquid bleach dispenser is ...

Our tenants put detergent in a Kirkland (Whirlpool) washer's liquid bleach dispenser, clogging it. When I tried to clear it, I may have disconnected a drain hose (or punched a hole in it), because now if liquid is put in the dispenser it leaks out on the floor. I cannot determine how to take the top off the washer to get in there and see what the problem is. Got the washer used, so no manual came with it. Not sure about the model number because it looks like someone removed the label. Where is the model usually put on these washers? Thanks!
