Good day,
I assume your talking about an ammonia refrigerator.
If you haven't smell a strong odor of ammonia coming from the machine lately, and the flame is normal when you turn it on, then sometimes but only sometimes, there is a procedure that may work.
Moving it around won't help. You have to turn the the machine completely upside down, and leave it in that position for 48 hours.
Then put it back in it's normal position, wait 4 hours, reconnect the gas line and try again.
It's a cast iron sealed system, with a mixture of ammonia, water and hydrogen. It's too crazy a system to explain, but this procedure has been known to work.

Freezer only gets down to around 18 degrees but fridge is fine. No frost on the freezer evaporator fan is running

Modern consumer refrigerators only have coils in the freezer. In the lower back of the freezer there is a small fan and possible a damper (flap that opens/closes) to push cold air from the freezer to the refrigerator. Given that the freezer is 18 deg, it's probably cold enough to keep the fridge area at typically 34 deg.
So the cooling system (compressor, coils, thermostat) are not working properly to keep the freezer at, typically 0 deg. Possible causes: partial loss of refrigerant gas, icing around evaporator coils (in freezer), compressor failing, dust clogging condenser coils (under fridge), condenser fan clogged or broken (under fridge), thermostat failure.
I'd start with condenser. Remove the slotted trim at the bottom front and look in with a flashlight. Are the coils clean? Pull out the fridge and remove the lower back cover (usually cardboard). You can now see the coils and fan. Clean and blow them out.
If it's icing, it probably means freezer door not closing tight. If auto-defrost not working properly it would probably get worse over the period of a few days so not likely.

Why does My dm2852 works on electric, but not gas. It lights (small flame), but doesn't cool.

It is more than likely just a dirty orfice. It can be cleaned quite easily by soaking it in rubbing alcohol then blowing it out. Do NOT POKE ANYTHING THROUGH IT! 946177a3-e85b-4832-879e-b23434d529ef.jpg ArctiCold Refrigeration We keep it cold

We have a propane fridge which is strictly propane. When we got to our cabin in the spring it would not light. We cleaned it, turned it in it's top for 1/2 hour, and now the fridge part works but not the...

If the flame is putting out design BTU's and you've already turned it You may need to have a technician pull a vacuum on the fridge to make things right again. First things first though, ensure the propane flame is adding adequate BTU's.

Does the 2652 constantly burn LPG when in gas mode. For some reason (probably told so erroneously?) I was under the impression that the fridge automatically switches off and on the LPG flow/ignited as it...

The RM2652 should shut down when the fridge reaches proper temperature. So yes the flame should go out when operating on propane. If the refrigerator does not get cold enough, then the flame will not ever shut down. It is posible that you may require a replacement cooling unit. WEB SITE: ArctiCold Refrigeration We keep it cold

Rv fridge won't get cold when on lp gas

check for a blue flame at the burner located at the base of the boiler assembly there is a viewing port, my guess is there is no flame, check with ohm meter for continuity across the gas control valve contacts the should be about 30 ohms across it if so reconnect the wires leading to the valve, set meter to volts , view the meter and have an assistant to switch the fridge on there should be a voltage appearing at the contacts this is only momentarily if the flame dos not light if there is no voltage your control board needs to be replaced if there is a voltage than the gas valve is faulty or gas supply is not present
