Good day sir/ma'am, hi, If your PC/motherboard does not produce sound, it could be any of the following even if you have the latest driver:
- Your correct device driver for the sound is not yet installed. locate the CD that come with your PC or call the dealer for the CD, its your CD not theirs you have paid for it.
- worst is that your built in sound card is bad, you can get a replacement soundcard of any brand, provided its PCI slot. or get those small USB type sound card.
- If still no sound, it would help it you can reinstall your windows, a fresh copy of windows clears all jumbled up setups and registers and out dated drivers, reinstall the driver from the driver CD afterwards.
